SLC6A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,189 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANTXR1, LUM, and TPM2. Each is linked with SLC6A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A1 versus ANTXR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
