SLC6A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC6A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,013 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC6A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDFIC, NIBAN2, and NLRP12. Each is linked with SLC6A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC6A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC6A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A1 versus MDFIC in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC6A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC6A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
