Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLC66A2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLC66A2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SLC66A2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLC66A2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where SLC66A2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
