SLC5A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC5A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,598 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC5A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2S, MRPS15, and NUSAP1. Each is linked with SLC5A7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2S grouped by SLC5A7-low versus SLC5A7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC5A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC5A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
