Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC5A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,277 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC5A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myo-inositol transport, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with SLC5A3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC5A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC5A3 results are reported.
