Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC52A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,294 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC52A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rho protein signal transduction, Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, and Maintenance of blood-brain barrier. Each is linked with SLC52A3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC52A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC52A3 results are reported.
