Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC52A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,111 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC52A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPF2, RPL7L1, and RSL1D1. Each is linked with SLC52A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC52A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC52A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC52A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC52A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
