The most reproducible SLC52A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein catabolic process, Vesicle targeting, rough ER to cis-Golgi, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SLC52A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC52A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC52A1 results are reported.
