SLC51A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC51A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 600 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC51A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACR, OVOL3, and PTGR1. Each is linked with SLC51A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC51A-to-partner and partner-to-SLC51A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC51A versus ACR in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC51A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC51A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
