The most reproducible SLC51A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-translational protein targeting to membrane, translocation, Endosomal transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with SLC51A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC51A-to-partner and partner-to-SLC51A results are reported.
