SLC51A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC51A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,326 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC51A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KEAP1, GGT5, and PIKFYVE. Each is linked with SLC51A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC51A-to-partner and partner-to-SLC51A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KEAP1 grouped by SLC51A-low versus SLC51A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC51A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC51A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
