SLC50A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC50A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 210 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC50A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC16A8, TUBB1, and HAO2. Each is linked with SLC50A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC50A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC50A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC50A1 versus SLC16A8 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC50A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC50A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
