Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,906 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with SLC4A7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A7-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A7 results are reported.
