SLC4A5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,664 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCND1, RNF215, and CEP95. Each is linked with SLC4A5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A5-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
