SLC4A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,070 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMU, BCCIP, and NSD2. Each is linked with SLC4A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMU grouped by SLC4A4-low versus SLC4A4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
