Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,022 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BICC1, NECTIN3, and IGFBP6. Each is linked with SLC4A4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A4 results are reported.
