The most reproducible SLC4A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hydrogen peroxide biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of pinocytosis, and Cytokinesis. Each is linked with SLC4A4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A4 results are reported.
