SLC4A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 318 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, REG3G, and CFAP299. Each is linked with SLC4A4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 grouped by SLC4A4-low versus SLC4A4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
