SLC4A3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,480 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, SOX10, and TPTEP1. Each is linked with SLC4A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A3 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
