SLC4A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, VHL, and CDK1. Each is linked with SLC4A3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by SLC4A3-low versus SLC4A3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
