Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,284 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PH reduction, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SLC4A3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A3 results are reported.
