Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 576 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC4A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW2, CUEDC2, and TSHB. Each is linked with SLC4A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BW2 grouped by SLC4A3-low versus SLC4A3-high in BREAST.
