Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgA isotypes, Negative regulation of hippo signaling, and XMP metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC4A2 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A2 results are reported.
