SLC4A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,152 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL238P, MIR4797, and RPL23AP90. Each is linked with SLC4A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL238P grouped by SLC4A2-low versus SLC4A2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
