SLC4A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,616 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK5, TMUB1, and ABCF2. Each is linked with SLC4A2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A2 versus CDK5 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
