Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC4A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,906 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Nitric oxide transport, and Protein dephosphorylation. Each is linked with SLC4A1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A1 results are reported.
