Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC4A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,328 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC4A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport. Each is linked with SLC4A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC4A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC4A1 results are reported.
