SLC47A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC47A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,091 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC47A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP11, TRIB1, and FNDC8. Each is linked with SLC47A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC47A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC47A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC47A2 versus PARP11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC47A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC47A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
