Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC47A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,253 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC47A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBF4P3, MTND3P9, and EIF1P4. Each is linked with SLC47A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC47A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC47A2 results are reported.
