Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC47A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,653 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC47A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sesquiterpenoid metabolic process, Cellular response to jasmonic acid stimulus, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with SLC47A2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC47A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC47A2 results are reported.
