Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC47A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC47A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO1, SEMG2, and CPLX4. Each is linked with SLC47A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC47A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC47A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FMO1 grouped by SLC47A2-low versus SLC47A2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
