The most reproducible SLC47A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, LRRC59, and HSPA9. Each is linked with SLC47A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC47A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC47A1 results are reported.
