Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC46A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,026 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC46A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPD, PEX19, and OFD1. Each is linked with SLC46A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC46A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC46A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC46A1 versus CPD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC46A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC46A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
