The most reproducible SLC46A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Folic acid transport, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Folate import across plasma membrane. Each is linked with SLC46A1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC46A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC46A1 results are reported.
