Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC45A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC45A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4BPA, C6orf118, and OR2T29. Each is linked with SLC45A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC45A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC45A2 results are reported.
