SLC45A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC45A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,250 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC45A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, FERMT2, and AKT3. Each is linked with SLC45A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC45A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC45A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC45A1 versus AGO1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC45A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC45A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
