Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC44A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,476 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC44A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic process, Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, and Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion. Each is linked with SLC44A3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A3 results are reported.
