Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC44A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,830 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC44A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP10, DNM2, and PIAS3. Each is linked with SLC44A2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC44A2 versus LRP10 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
