Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC44A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC44A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, MEK1, and NF2. Each is linked with SLC44A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by SLC44A2-low versus SLC44A2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC44A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC44A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
