Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC44A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,464 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC44A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Schwann cell differentiation, Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with SLC44A2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A2 results are reported.
