The most reproducible SLC44A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABL6, CORO2A, and FBLN1. Each is linked with SLC44A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A1 results are reported.
