The most reproducible SLC44A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Choline catabolic process, Ethanolamine transport, and Choline metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC44A1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC44A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC44A1 results are reported.
