Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC43A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,191 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC43A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYHIN1, CRTAM, and ADAMDEC1. Each is linked with SLC43A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC43A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC43A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC43A2 versus PYHIN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC43A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC43A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
