Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC43A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC43A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, SH3GL2, and GID4. Each is linked with SLC43A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC43A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC43A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by SLC43A2-low versus SLC43A2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
