Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC43A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,856 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC43A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAP, DDAH1, and LMOD1_S85. Each is linked with SLC43A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC43A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC43A1 results are reported.
