SLC43A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC43A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,407 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC43A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRB14, ACADL, and AKAP7. Each is linked with SLC43A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC43A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC43A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC43A1 versus GRB14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC43A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC43A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
