Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC43A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,607 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC43A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Valine transport, Isoleucine transport, and XMP metabolic process. Each is linked with SLC43A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC43A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC43A1 results are reported.
