Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC41A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC41A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSAD1, PGGT1BP2, and LINC00380. Each is linked with SLC41A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC41A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC41A2 results are reported.
