Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC41A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,503 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC41A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cobalt ion transport, Magnesium ion transport, and Magnesium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC41A2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC41A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC41A2 results are reported.
