SLC41A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC41A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC41A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, NUCKS1, and COPB2. Each is linked with SLC41A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC41A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC41A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC41A1 versus RPRD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC41A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC41A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
